Let's Be Fearless
Our BTS Story
Lisa founded Live Life Fearlessly in order to break down mental health stigmas in the Latinx community and to provide a safe space to celebrate your accomplishments. That is why we strive to de-stigmatize mental health, break down barriers in life, and encourage others to share their stories. Working for change should not be viewed as selfish because it is part of our personal development. Throughout our journey, we've learned to set boundaries with family and friends, advocate for our own well-being, and celebrate our small victories. We strive to be a safe space for our Latinx community while also welcoming other communities to celebrate their brave journeys! We understand how frightening it can be to break negative patterns, cut off toxic people, or feel lonely. We are here to help you. Our blog posts may provide you with a sense of connection and understanding, and they may even inspire you to take charge of your life. We can have a party together.

Meet Lisa
Founder of Live Life Fearlessly Blog
Hola! Lisa started this blog to interact with others and hear how they overcame fear, and she will be sharing a lot of her own experiences. Lisa has a background in psychology as well as marriage and family therapy. She founded Live Life Fearlessly With Lisa in order to use this safe space platform to process her own experiences, connect with others who may have had similar experiences, and write posts that can help others achieve feeling free from barriers and want a healthier lifestyle. Lisa was born and raised in the United States, but she has heard wonderful stories from her family members who have worked hard to come to the United States in search of a better life. Lisa was raised to believe in her dreams and the value of family. She is currently learning how to set boundaries, cope with anxiety and depression, and discover her true authentic self.
Lisa has a six-year-old Shih Tzu named Max, a five-year-old cat named Mopsy, and an elderly cat named Luna. Lisa's favorite basketball team is the San Antonio Spurs, and her favorite ice cream flavor is cookies and cream. Lisa's favorite memory was traveling to London, Paris, and Amsterdam. She hasn't been able to travel around the world since then, but hopefully, she will be able to do so in the future. Lisa has struggled to accept her new diagnosis and find ways to live her life since being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. She is driven to tell her story because she has learned so much about her diagnosis and how it affects her body. Lisa is learning to have faith in herself and to live her life fearlessly.
