How to learn to love every aspect of yourself

Learning to love and accept every aspect of yourself is a journey, but one that is worth it! My entire life, I've struggled with low self-esteem. I'm hoping that as I continue to practice self-compassion toward myself, but with the help of these tips and strategies, I'll learn to love myself.
Here are some helpful tips to start you on your path:
Acknowledge your strengths - we all have unique qualities that make us special, so take the time to recognize them.
Think positively - try to focus on the good in any situation and see the beauty in yourself, even when it’s hard.
Embrace your flaws - it’s natural to make mistakes and have imperfections, so don’t be too hard on yourself.
Make time for yourself - practice self-care and do things that bring you joy.
Surround yourself with positive people - having supportive friends and family around you can help you to love yourself more.
With some patience and effort, you’ll be able to love and accept every aspect of yourself.
By following a the few tips above you'll start to recognize that you are a unique individual, with strengths and weaknesses, and that it's okay to be imperfect.
Some other tips you make want to practice or incorporate in your healing journey are:
Make a list of all the things you appreciate about yourself and your life.
Spend some time every day reflecting on that list and reminding yourself of all the wonderful qualities you possess.
Additionally, focus on self-care activities that make you feel good, such as journaling, taking time for yourself, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.
Lastly, surround yourself with positive people and environments that make you feel loved and accepted. With dedication and patience, you can learn to love every aspect of yourself.
